The term Training Management is often associated with the delivery of e-learning. Capabiliti is significantly more than this, allowing an enterprise to:

  • Train all their staff (both face to face and e-learning based);
  • Provide pre and post-course testing, online surveys;
  • Define the skills and competencies of positions within an enterprise;
  • Associate people with positions and track skill gaps.

Training Management System will facilitate the planning of courses, the implementation of schedules, manage bookings (including all the customer contact) and report on the real cost associated with training and staff development.

The system keeps everyone in the loop with emails to students to confirm bookings, to remind them of an existing booking, to ask for supervisor approval, a qualification that is due to lapse as well as promotional emails for new courses.

Reporting capabilities

The module includes a number of standard reports. These reports range from class lists and sign in sheets, through to detailed staff training plans, evaluation analysis, budgets and expenditure, equipment management, and trainer schedule calendars.

Client communication

Training Management system allows dynamic management of your customers, with the ability to group and contact that group via email or SMS messages. It contains a record of every interaction with a client from phone calls, emails, meetings.
